The cuisine of this culture is specific to the flora and fauna of the associated region, but most of their food consists of stews, boils, and stir-fries consisting of rice, vegetables, and sea food with strong spices.
The political system implemented by this culture is oriented around the strongest being in charge and conflicts resolved through trial by combat.

The Savage Moon is a dense jungle filled with giant primeval beasts, they are larger and more intelligent than those of the other moons or Thaerrathas. There is greater opportunity working with such beasts than against them. If you have proficiency in Animal Handling you can instead have Expertise.
The jungles of Pritor sit atop an ocean of unknown depths, swimming is commonplace and so is drowning. The amount of time you can hold your breath is doubled.
The people of this culture take what they want, either by might or sleight. +1 Charisma and if you have Proficiency in Deception or Intimidation, you can instead have Expertise in one of those Skills.
Warriors are commonplace in this culture, and even the thieves and clowns grow up learning how to make the most out of their attacks. Once per turn when you roll damage for a melee weapon attack, you can reroll the weapon's damage dice and use either total.

This culture is inscrutable(word choice?), life is a constant struggle between being captured and imprisoned by those who live above you, understanding your surroundings and a keen eye are required for continued survival. +1 to Wisdom and you cannot be Surprised while your are conscious.
Capturing prisoners and escaping capture are key to survival in these cultures as those above seek subjugation over those below, and those below seek liberation from those above. You can make the Grapple and Escape a Grapple as Bonus Actions instead of as Actions.
Life on the Hollow Moon exists within the network of tunnels that run through the moon itself, no one save the Machine Lords live on the surface, it is a life living in darkness. You gain 60ft. Darkvision.
The Machine Lords send their Warforged into the tunnels to capture beings of flesh, living a life hiding in the tunnels is something you were born into. You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to hide in rocky terrain.
Sursia, The Burning Moon

People of this culture place importance on ambition, liberty, family, practice, gentleness, knowledge, and rituals.
Common occupations for people of this culture are entrepreneurs, historians, revolutionaries, scribes, ritualists, pyromancers, travelers, scouts, glassblowers, gemsmiths.
The cuisine of this culture is specific to the flora and fauna of the associated region, but most of their food consists of various grilled meats with various sauces accompanied by spiced alcohols made of fermented leaves.
The political system implemented in this culture tend towards a meritocracy with trial system where an scholar(or group of scholars) performs divination rituals.

The people of this culture value traditions, the recording of said traditions, and the performing of rituals. Everyone is trained in rituals and their own family history, everyone in this culture has some basis of education. You gain a +1 bonus to Intelligence, and you acquire a ritual book holding two 1st-level spells of your choice. The spells you choose must have the ritual tag. Choose Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma for the Spellcasting ability associated with these Rituals. If you come across a spell in written form, such as a spell scroll or a spellbook, you can add it to your ritual book if the spell(s) have the Ritual tag. The process of copying the spell into your ritual book takes 2 hours per level of the spell, and costs 50 gp per level. The cost represents material components you expend as you experiment with the spell to master it, as well as the fine inks you need to record it.
Ambitious freedom fighters litter the history of any city or nation that is part of this culture. Children are raised to fight for their ideals to the bitter end. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a d12. Add your Constitution modifier to the number rolled, and reduce the damage by that total. After you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Sursia, The Burning Moon, is the homeworld of the Maom, The Hellbeasts. Those that dwell on Sursia are known as Devils for the impossibly complex contracts they create. If you have proficiency in either Persuasion or Deception you can instead have Expertise in one of those Skills.The Burning Moon got it's name not from its firey lands, but instead because all the lands of Sursia have some element that would cause a burning pain. Life on Sursia means exposure to these elements. You can choose two of the following damage types to gain Resistance to: Fire, Cold, Lightning, or Acid damage.
Fweld, the Verdant Moon

It is considered Taboo for someone within this culture to engage in a craft or other creative activity on the regular, as such this is a culture where everyone is artistic in some fashion. +1 Charisma & if you have proficiency with a set of Artisan's tools you instead have Expertise.The common usage of fermented venoms have resulted in the peoples of this land having developed a resistance. You gain Resistance to Poison Damage and Advantage on Saving Throws against being Poisoned.
The Green Moon is covered in plant-life, so much so that is strangles the world and crushes civilization, it is a part of everyone's life on Fweld. If you have Proficiency in Nature it becomes Expertise.
Long ago Fweld was known as the Mystic Moon as it flared in the sky with Arcane energy. Ancient ruins litter this world, they pulse with magic and are strangled by plant-life. You gain a +1 to bonus to Spell Attack Rolls

The lifestyle for this culture revolves around the unknown nature of fate. How every choice is a roll of the die. You start each day with 1 Luck Point, with which you can re-roll a single d20 roll. (Luck points do not accumulate over time)
Dworl is The Writhing Moon, the dirt beneath your feet has a will of its own. If you have Proficiency in Survival it becomes Expertise.
All beings on Dworl are infused with spores of the Endless Swell. When you are exposed to direct sunlight and you take a Short Rest, you have Advantage on Hit Die Rolls (Rolls two hit die for each hit die expended and take the higher of the two rolls).

The political system implemented by this culture is oriented around judgment decreed by a council of elders specific to each Settlement/Stronghold.

The people of the Oerbrin culture value knowledge. Many people of this culture spend time gardening or practicing traditon. +1 Int and if you have Proficiency in History or Nature you can instead have Expertise in one of those Skills.
While not everyone in this culture finds themselves to be rangers or scouts, traditionally everyone is an experienced traveler, used to walking long distances. You can ignore the first point of Exhaustion you receive in a day.
The Tempest Moon is covered in storms, so much so that thunderstorms are a daily occurrence for some regions, and never ending for others. You gain resistance to Lightning Damage
The Tempest Moon consists of floating islands and very dense clouds, many folk are accustomed to jumping from island to island, slowly drifting though the thick cloud vapor. You gain resistance to Fall Damage.
